Priceline Hotel: bidding strategy - Union Square

Hi

I would like some advice on how to book a room in Union Square

The dates are check in 7th October ,check out 10th October

Would i start of by bidding $x dollars in Union Square West

and if rejected do I just add Union Square East

Or would I just increase my original bid.

Or would I increase my bid and add Union Square East
