sugar Posted August 16, 2009 Report Posted August 16, 2009 I am looking for 8/26 - 8/27and I come up with Worthington area 3 1/2 star with no smoking fitness restaurant pool business and internetIt looks to be the crowne plaza columbus north for $41this seems like a pretty good deal since parking is free and the worthington area isn't that bad is it?should I go for it? I am looking to speand as little as possible but not be too far from downtown since I am heading to cleveland the next day..oh and one more thing, if it is crowne plaza how good are they with giving you a room with double beds rather than king? will they charge for it? I saw they offer rollaway beds for $10...thank you in advance!or should I try for something on priceline??

sugar Posted August 17, 2009 Author Report Posted August 17, 2009 Sorry, I just updated the other thread. Went ahead and tried PRICELINE at $28 but it didn't go through - they suggested $35, which would be cheaper than the $41, so I might try that again.
thereuare Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 If you're willing to bid up to the PRICELINE 'suggested' $35 amount, you do have SIX re-bid zones avaiable at the 3.5* level, so you could use your re-bid zones to increase each bid by $1 until you hit. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.
