Neither of the above properties have been reported to the board 'as-is' but if you change your search to 4adults/0children a 'new' 3* hotels for the same price with:

Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Tennis with a Tripadvisor review rating of 3.5/5.0

This is a match for the Holiday Inn University (there are two Holiday Inn properties in Ann Arbor, this one is the one at 3600 Plymouth Road) and that would be our best guess for the above. Given the same price point as the 2adult/2children seach, i'm speculating that this may be the same hotel, but can't be certain, so if you're intersted in trying for this property it would be 'safer' to do so when purchasing as 4adults/0children since this is the amenity combiantion that this property is a 'match' for.

Didn't like the look of the Holiday Inn (University) Ann Arbor, so I took a chance on a 3* in Dearborn showing boutique, shuttle, fitness, pool, restaurant, and laundry, with 4.0 ratings on TripAdvisor. I was vaguely hoping that it was the Dearborn Inn and Hotwire screwed up on the star ratings somehow, but it wasn't. It was the Best Western Greenfield Inn, in Allen Park. This annoys me a little -- it's a boutique hotel because it's pink on the outside? -- but people seem to really like it, and if we can get a non-smoking room I'm sure it'll be fine for one night. Thanks for the help.

Just to clarify -- these results were for Ann Arbor (University) but I chose another nearby region instead.
