How do you get away with not paying for parking?

Internet is also $9.95 at this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel over fifty times.Only visiters pay for parking.You swip your room key to leave the hotel.they have never deducted parking from my bill.Ever.And when you check in you sign nothing agreeing to pay for parking either.The internet is very pricey though.When I'm there I use the business center on the top floor
