This is a match for the Clarion Resort Waterpark. So that would be my best guess.

#1 would be Westgate Blue Tree Resort. I have stayed here before,a nice place.It is very convenient to grocery stores ,restaurants and downtown disney.

The 2.5* matches previous reports for the Orlando Vista while the 3* matches the Regal Sun Resort, so that would be my best guess for each.

For the Condo property are you sure you included all the amenities HOTWIRE associates wit this property as i'm seeing more amenities describing the condo property i see when searching HOTWIRE for your dates.

Thank you for the 2.5* and the 3* (Orlando Vista and Regal sun) For the Condo, the amnities are good but since yesterday night, it's change with Hotwire.

So, I just booked oct 1 to oct 6, 2 adults 3* Condo 39$ : Blue Tree Resort Lake Buena vista.

For the Condo, the amnities are good but since yesterday night, it's change with Hotwire.

Are you sure that is the full list of amenities, as this is what i'm seeing (and is consistent with previous reports of this property) when i search HOTWIRE for your dates:

Humm... you're right ! I forgot the parking and the Condo..but the condo it's not on my Hotwire itinerary i print but it's in the description in 'my Account'

Dolleye, I don't have resort fee on my HOTWIRE bill. I don't believe that i will have to pay resort fees at the check in. There was no warning about that on the Hotwire web site before I booked.
