Priceline Hotel: help with downtown st. louis 9/18 - 9/20

I'd like a **** but am willing to go down to a *** if needed. I bid up to 85 with no luck. I'd like to stay under $100, is this possible for a Cubs/Cardinals weekend?

You can try, but currently HOTWIRE is showing no Downtown hotels at all for these dates, so this may be a very tough win. Keep in mind that there are 3.5* properties offered in the Downtown area as well (so you dont' need to go directly from 4* to 3*)

On your next round of bidding i'd go up to your $100 maximum.... if rejected you can then decide if you want to wait it out and hope that some inventory is released or if you then want to try for a lower rated hotel.
