going myself in October-have been watching as the price for what I expect is Hyatt has dropped from $260 a month ago to $235 today, going to let it drag on a bit since I dont feel any rush to buy--not like there wont be rooms somewhere.....$203 is a great price for the Hyatt....enjoy and hope to get same price
