International flight question plus a general query

Hi

Thanks for looking.I wanted to know from you guyz experience is it good idea to use name your price for international flights especially for destination in Asia.MY concerns are:what about 1 connection rule? what is normally connection time?Non citizen have to go through immigration check when they come through so connection time is important

I tried looking at priceline site but didn't find info pertaining to international travel except that flight can go from midnight to midnight for international.

Why don't have section for airfare winning bids ,hotels and cars are being handled quite extensively
