thereuare Posted August 13, 2009 Report Posted August 13, 2009 Welcome to BetterBidding!With PRICELINE you can't target a specific part of a zone, the hotel you receive can be anywhere within the shaded boudnaries of the zone... the UWS zone extends pretty far north, and the CPS zone extends somewhat East, that i'm not sure if both of these are convenient enough for your needs.
