In general no, but some hotel chains (like SPG) are generous with upgrades. But you will not get any points for your stay. This is really up to the clerk that handels your check in.

I'm not sure what benefits the program offers that you're looking for, but if there's something in particular i would very nicely ask the check-in clerk something along the line of: "I am (porgram level) status with your Ambassador Club, and as this is an extended 21 day stay, any chance i can get the (breakfast, internet, or other amenity here) perk that usually comes with my status?"
