Priceline Hotel: 3* Baltimore (Inner Harbor-Downtown) Radisson Plaza Lord

This is a beautiful old hotel in the art deco style. Some rooms are rather small, others spacious. Many conveniences. With tax and fees, this came to 64.28. On the hotel website, the lowest rate, with tax and fees came to about $150. I was trying for a 3* or better in the Mount Vernon or Downtown Inner Harbor zones. Bidding started at $30 and went up to $50 on my last free rebid. Hotwire is offering 3* hotels in the downtown zone for $61 per night, or $75 with taxes and fees.
