We stayed at the Ridge at Sedona Golf Resort on 8/8/09. We paid $76.00 on Priceline for which was supposed to be an "upgraded" bid. We left within an hour of checking in.

The Pro's.

The exterior of the facility is nice although these are timeshare/fractional ownership units.

The Con's

This is not a hotel, these are timeshare units. When the units are not used, they are converted into 'hotel' rooms for the night.

The lobby and staff are trained to push timeshares - and you are not treated as hotel guests. The lobby looks like a timeshare sales room.

The units are not cleaned or maintained to hotel type of standards. We had two dead roaches in our room and wallpaper peeling off the bathroom walls.

There are no restaurants etc. on the property.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear every word out uttered by your neighbor.

Hopefully Priceline will drop this 'hotel' from its bidding list. However, I would be concerned about bidding in Sedona if Pricline continues to use this property as one of its approved properties
