hugh_dog Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 I was originally bidding on dates from 8-26 to 8-31, and bid all the way up to $110 for a resort in the West area of San Antonio, but we switched the dates, selected the resort and West, and on the first bid of $55 got the Hilton Hill Country Hotel & Spa, which ought to be great for sleeping. We'll hopefully spend most waking minutes at Sea World, or the Zoo, or that Hill Country Ranch. I used the PRICELINE link, although I don't know how to insert the actual PRICELINE link that will get you guys paid. Something like this:I used the PRICELINE link. saso Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 Just wanted to give you a heads up on visiting San Antonio! Sea World will be closed during the week when you are visiting. (They will have already returned to the fall / weekend only schedule) You will need to visit on the Sunday you arrive. The zoo and Enchanted Springs Ranch will still be open. Great water fun at the Hill Country Resort! Hope you enjoy your stay.
AaronJB Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 Thank you for posting the info, saso, and welcome to the site.
hugh_dog Posted August 9, 2009 Author Report Posted August 9, 2009 Yep. That info was a lifesaver, saso. Had to make a couple of edits, but it was no problem.
