param
hey guys,I had another post beofre i booked my hotel, I wanted to place just for bag and sleeping as most of the time will be spent gambling:) so i picked the cheapest option on hotwire. rates were $36 plus tax etc.. total of $47. finally i saw it was roadway inn on the north strip. no issues so far. just out of curiosity i went to hotel site, guess what? they had rooms at $37 but after taxes at $43.its a smart move by hotwire so keep hotel price slightly lower than hotel price but charge high as tax and services.. FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKIGN FOR ONLY A PLACE TO SLEEP in VEGAS. try looking for these small hotel/motel before going on hotwire.hope this helps others....Amenities: breakfast, pools, highspeed internet, golf and tennis nearby. dates 8/7- 8/9 2009. thereuare
Thank you for sharing your results with the board and helping us add this property to the Hotwire Hotel List.HOTWIRE's fee is mostly a fixed rate not based upon the price of the hotel. For your 2 nites stay above their fee portion amounts to ~$6 or so per nite... it would be just about the same if you bought a 5* $200/nite hotel room. Obviously this is a larger percentage on a $34/nite stay than a $200/nite stay, and you need to consider the booking fees when buying budget properties. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Enjoy your stay.
