Tried 4* Philly Downtown on priceline then every region (because downtown is the only area with a 4*) for two nights 11/12-11/14:

$43 rejected

$48 rejected

$55 rejected

$61 rejected

$69 rejected

Then did 3* downtown and 3* with Stadium area (which only has 2* available):

$43 rejected

$51 accepted - Wyndham Franklin Plaza for two nights, $122 total. This was done today, 11/8/04.
