I've been trying for a few days to get a decent deal on a hotel in San Deigo, but I kept getting rejected. I finally got an accepted bid for $80 at the 4* Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. This is our first time using PRICELINE. I hope it turns out to be a great experience. We are looking forward to our trip.

This site has been very helpful.

I got an accepted bid for the 4* Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego. Do I need to do anything else to confirm this? Or am I all set?

I was on the hotel's website and I wanted to see the normal rate for their rooms so I checked my dates and it says they are sold out for that time. Should I be concerned?

Can we earn hotel points while staying here if we used priceline? We're a member of their rewards program and I wasn't sure.

Thanks!

Welcome to BetterBidding!

Congratulations on your success and thank you for sharing your results with the board.

Looks like a very nice deal. Glad to see you're happy with the results and looking forward to your stay.

You should be all set, but if you want to put your mind at ease you can call the hotel to confirm your reservation (and put in a request for room type if you'd like). Your stay is not entitled to earn points on the room, but you can usually get points for any incidentals you charge to the room during your stay.
