... but one would need know that you were refering to Portland :)

If you change your search to 2adults/2children a 'new' 3* appears in this area, for the same $105/nite price, with:

Shuttle, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Laundry

This is a match for the Holiday Inn West so that would be my best guess. Given the same price as the 2adults/0children search i susect that this may be the same hotel as the 2adult only search, but with that one 'hiding' a few amenities and this one showing the 'full' list of amenities. I can't be certain of this so if this property is of interest it would be safer (as 'safe' as an opaque pruchase can be) to purchase as 2adults/2children since this is how that property was previously reported in the past.
