I love to Priceline Posted August 17, 2009 Author Report Share Posted August 17, 2009 Was researching this location and found the better bidding site listed Marriott City CenterI was hoping to win that hotel but the Omni is only .5 miles away so was ok winning either.I found out the Omni was also listed as the hotel on Hotwire as 4* and was going for $69 a nightI started bidding yesterday at $45 rejected, $47 rejected, $49 rejected, 51 rejected and offered to resubmit if I bid up $15.I waited and resubmit bit at $52 and was acceptedCongratulations, your price of $52 was accepted by Omni Newport News Hotel.Omni Newport News Hotel Newport News - Yorktown1000 Omni Blvd Newport News, Virginia 23606 Check-In Date: Sat, Oct 10, 2009 / After 03:00 PMCheck-Out Date: Mon, Oct 12, 2009 / 12:00 PM As always I used the PRICELINE links from this sitePlease move post to Priceline Form as I used PRICELINE and not HOTWIRE....Cheers!
