I see a 4* for $105/night with:

I'm thinking it's The Hilton San Francisco and Towers, but I see the Hotel Nikko listed with the same amenities further down the hotel list:

Any speculation as to which hotel this is? Thanks for the help (first post)!

P.S. Any insight on getting one vs. two beds, or bed and pull-out sofa with Hotwire (for obvious reasons)?

This HOTWIRE offering also shows a Tripadvisor rating of 3.5/5.0 based on 500+ reviews which is consistent with the Hilton, and not the Hotel Nikko, so the Hilton would be my best guess.

To guarantee separate sleeping accomodations you'd need to search HOTWIRE for triple occupancy, but doing so the price goes up by about $10-$15/nite... so that's the 'cost' of assuring separate sleeping accomodates for you and your child OR you can take the chance and hope the hotel is willing to accomodate your request for a room with 2 beds.
