Hotwire Hotel: Priceline 3.5 South Odds of getting Monte Carlo?

Hi, I'm new but done lots of research on this site. We'd like the Monte Carlo (great pool), a PRICELINE 3.5 star south strip in Vegas. I'd like to bid on the 3.5* option on south strip and hopefully get the Monte Carlo. I haven't seen the Monte Carlo come up much in the forum posts. I also realize I could get bumped up to a 4*. Monte Carlo is currently the only 3.5 hotel listed on Better Bidding Vegas hotel list on south strip (realize PRICELINE could add another hotel). The Better Bidding Vegas hotel list is dated 2003, but don't know how often the list is updated. So what are my odds, best guess, for getting Monte Carlo through PRICELINE.

FYI- the HOTWIRE price for Monte Carlo is $59, used BetterBiddding to ID hotel; hotel website is $55.
