Reviews on tripadvisor complain about poor service because its a massive hotel, but I think some people on their just like to complain!

The issue with this hotel is that it is a convention-oriented, giant hotel. This hotel is certainly not for those who want personalized service (and that's a comment in a lot of the reviews.) I wouldn't pay full price for this hotel, but when you can get it via PRICELINE or HOTWIRE for a fraction (gotta fill those 2,000+ rooms), then this is really a perfect "just need a place to sleep" property - it's also quite centrally located.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Enjoy your stay.
