Are you saying that the 4* showns now amenities and the 3* only shows two, as i'm not seeing either of these on my own HOTWIRE search for your dates??

Best guess for 3 * would be the Golden Leaf Hotel Perlach Allee Hof or Hotel Bristol.

Did not find your 4* on Hotwire any longer.

Maybe Regent for the 4* based on info you provided.

Sorry, I had meant 31st July to 2nd of August (i.e., 2 nights)

I don't see either of the hotels any longer, so I am probably going to go with Priceline.
