Help with car rental

I am new so please bear with me.

Need help with car rental:

Orlando (MCO)

pick up August 8 - 4:00 PM

return August 15 - 4:00 PM

I have put in 2 PRICELINE bids through this site, yesterday for 14.00, tonight for 15.00 for midsize, no luck.

Do the car rentals charge hidden taxes and charges or all the fees listed so you don't get a surprise.
