The dates are Aug 4 to Aug 7.

4 star hotel in Eiffel Tower - Musee d'Orsay - Invalides

Amenities: Restaurant, Business center, and High Speed Internet

This is a match for the Pullman Tour Eiffel and the TripAdvisor rating match this hotel also. But the hotel is never reported to the board so you should wait for a second opinion on this.

To explain further for the OP...

The Hilton Paris has previously been reported to the board with this amenity combination. Since this property was last reported to the board, the hotel has changed hands from the Hilton to the Pullman Tour Eiffel and has not yet been reported to the board under this new ownership (so unknown of the amenities or any other information has changed.

However, the Tripadvisor info provided by HOTWIRE for this property does match that of the Pullman Tour Eiffel, so not knowing of any other hotels reported in this zone with this amenity combination, the Pullman Tour Eiffel woudl be the best guess. (although never confirmed with a purchase under this brand)
