Start at $52 the day before. Tried again at $55, offered $75; added another area at $56. I was kind of suprised that it was accepted. The problem is I also found out Hyatt's parking fee is $35/day. That basically wipes out all the saving.

Yes, the parking is a problem. Maybe you can check the area around the hotel for a cheaper option.

Not really, as you'd still need to park no matter where you stayed in the city... even if you purchased a hotel at full price, parking would still cost the same.

Assuming you don't need in/out privleges, you can look for a lot separate from the hotel for less expensive alternatives.
