poz13 Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 I'm trying to figure out if this 5* hotel in central strip - $133/night is the Venetian or not :) . The dates of travel are 08/29-08/31. The amenities listed are: Casino, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services. We are definitely trying to stay there, but $194/night seems a little steep. I'd appreciate any help...
AaronJB Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 Welcome to the site.In terms of regular rate, Orbitz has the Venetian for $194, plus you get $150 in various credits (details on the website.) If you are able to use coupon code FABSAVE10, that takes off another 10% = $174.79. $174 and change + the $150 in credits would not be a bad deal if the credits listed would be of any use.As for the above, the amenity list would be a match for either the Wynn or Venetian, although I believe the Wynn generally shows a tripadvisor rating on the detail page and this listing does not. Still, it could possibly be either of those properties. Please use the site's HOTWIRE, Orbitz or PRICELINE links to start your purchase.
poz13 Posted July 28, 2009 Author Report Posted July 28, 2009 Thank you very much for the coupon code. I didn't know there was one available - all the others I tried didn't work or were expired.
duh7890 Posted August 1, 2009 Report Posted August 1, 2009 5 star Center StripCasino, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, High-Speed Internet, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa ServicesTripAdvisor of 4.0 of 5 on the detail page$159 the weekend of Aug 14-17The VenetianThe TripAdvisor addition does not make the difference between Wynn and Venetian
yellowdog Posted August 2, 2009 Report Posted August 2, 2009 You have to look at the amount of reviews that TA list to separate the Venetian and Wynn.Yellowdog.
