thereuare Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 What hotel do you have the reward stays at? Given the $380(US) rate to stay at the same hotel, how high are you willing to bid for a 5* hotel for this remaining nite? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. adrilling Posted July 28, 2009 Author Report Posted July 28, 2009 The Intercontinental. I've seen the bidding for this hotel around $176-200. I assume US Dollar.
thereuare Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 Assuming that rate was for dates different than your own, it's not really an apples-to-apples comparison... rates for your dates could be higher than usual and rates for those $175-$200 wins could have been lower than usual. (not saying that's the case, but not always easy to duplicate another win for dates other than your own, and need to base your maximum bid again your other best available options)So given the $380/nite rate to continue your stay at this property, is $200 your maximum bid at this time? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. adrilling Posted July 29, 2009 Author Report Posted July 29, 2009 I could go higher to say, $250, but don't want to.
