As I note with all users who win hotels in this area, I'd highly recommend Fox and Obel Cafe and Market (fox-obel.com), which is a couple of blocks SE on the corner of Illinois and McClurg - great place for breakfast/lunch/dinner and the gourmet market is fun to browse around, as well.

Plus, Doubletree Cookies at check-in at the hotel. :)
