That is the Westin Bonaventure. See Tripadvisor:

If you decide on the Bonaventure I'd suggest doing a PRICELINE bid for four stars and $65 or so--you're pretty much guaranteed to land it, since it's the least expensive 4-star in downtown.

I agree best guess for the 4* is the Westin Bonaventure... unforutnately the 3* has not yet been identified.
