Given that no other Sarnia/Point Edward posts exist, I'm guessing this is a moot point, but...

Review:

This place isn't even close to it's 3.5* rating. Not in a million years. Moldy grout, bad HVAC, 30+ year-old bathrooms. Ridiculous.
