Help finding a cheap car rental?

I hate renting cars since it costs so much, but I really need to rent one this time.

I'm going to be leaving Los Angeles on the 19th of August and need to drop the car off in Flagstaff, AZ on 25th of August. Thus, this is a 1 way car rental. I've tried many different sites to get good rates and the cheapest I could come up with was on carrentalsavers.com for $382 for 5 days through budget.

Is there anyplace I could get this cheaper? I really don't want to spend my savings on a car rental lol.

Yes, about $150 cheaper. They must have an in with budget? Or perhaps they just have it set up to use the best coupons?

Not sure but make sure you're comparing apples-to-apples... same pickup and dropoff locations as well as the total amount, as one may include the one-way fee in their rate while the other may not.

Thanks, I checked and it appears they both offer the same thing, just one is greatly reduced in price. Thus I have booked it through Travelocity.
