Trentwater
Hello, I was hoping someone can help me with my HOTWIRE results. My friends (3 total) is trying to find a decent place to stay. We dont want to spend over 60 each. It seems as though there is a lot of activity in november, lots and lots of conventions. I tried searching through the main hotel sites, Orbitz, Expedia, and lots of rooms are gettin sold out. Below is a snap shot of results. Can anyone let me know which hotels they think belong? and if it says "VEGAS strip" IS IT REALLy on the strip? Thank you Much. Appreciate it. I will be flyingi in NOV 13 and Checking out NOV 15. thereuare
Trent, you can't post an image of another website... against copyright. You can pick hotels in that image that you think you are intersteded in (ie- meet your star level and price) and list the star ratings and amenities.Saturday check-in may be a problem, as many places in Vegas don't allow Saturday check-in (even on conventional bookings)Your hotel can be anywhere in the shaded region on Hotwire's map. Hotwire is pretty good about the hotels being on the strip, but for example, Priceline offers the Westin which is very close to the strip although not direclty on it. Best bet is to make sure that you're comfortable with the shaded region that Hotwire defines as 'the strip'. thereuare
I agree, based upon on our HOTWIRE LAS VEGAS hotel list this is an exact match for Circus Circus and that is the best guess as to this hotel's identity.I suspect that this is not what you're looking for. If you're not familiar with Vegas i wouldn't recommend this property.I didn't look to see if the VEGAS DEAL that bbbb posted is available for your dates, but even if it's not, the Treasure Island seems to be available for $157/nite thru their website. I think that is currenlty your best deal, but if you want another alternative NYNY is available at $170/nite, which is still below your limit. The Mirage is available just over your limit at $190/nite. (the previous prices are based upon double occupany, how you actually book, double or triple, is up to you). The other alternative is to split your stay between two different hotels, as i suspect the Saturday check-in is really hurting you in this instance, and you can probably do better if your willing to book each nite at a different hotel (but of course this comes with the inconvenience of having to change hotels... some have no problem doing this to save $5 while others wouldn't do it to save $100). If this is an option for you (and your friends... as i suggest you clear it with them first as well) then let us know and we'll begin to look closer at the indvididual nites.
