iluv2travl Posted July 8, 2009 Author Report Posted July 8, 2009 Actually I was checking 2adults/1child. I just checked it again and didn't see it either however.
iluv2travl Posted July 21, 2009 Author Report Posted July 21, 2009 :) I won this hotel for a $52 bid. I tried $40 at first trying to get the Homewood Suites as a previous poster did. However I was rejected at $40. They gave me to the chance to try again with an increase of $12 so I tried again. I ended up with the Residence Inn Orlando International Drive on Canada Avenue for $52.00. I'm happy with this because of the free breakfast and free parking. I used your PRICELINE link to book so that you get credit.

iluv2travl Posted July 22, 2009 Author Report Posted July 22, 2009 I was wondering if I should have waited the 72 hours instead. I have 3 weeks left so that is plenty of time. Oh well, next time I will use a better strategy. Also, It looks as if this Residence Inn is very old but I see on their own website it says "all rooms have been refurbished". Do you know if this is true or if there is a website out there with a list of hotels that have undergone refurbishment? I'm thinking they were because older tripadvisor reviews are bad, but the two most recent ones are really quite good. Hmmmmmm......... :)
thereuare Posted July 22, 2009 Report Posted July 22, 2009 If their website states that the rooms have been refurbished then they have been, but the questions is "when"?? If you really want to know you can call the hotel and ask, but generally speaking most Residence Inn properties are well kept and have nice perks like free brekfast and internet, they do a good job maintaining the brand, imo.
