atacker Posted July 20, 2009 Report Posted July 20, 2009 Hey - I need to book a 3 nights stay in Madrid and 3 nights in Barcelona so just wondering if anyone can help me with a bidding strategy similar to the one used for NYC i.e. where you can keep adding zones keeping the same price? For Madrid, all zones have the 4* star option and similar for Barcelona.Without using the above bidding way there is not much difference in prices of the previous bids won as posted in the group and prices available from say Hotwire and Hotels.com... Any thoughts?- Amit

atacker Posted July 28, 2009 Author Report Posted July 28, 2009 All,Madrid Update - Rafaelhoteles Atocha (Old Madrid) 2 Rooms for 11/08 - 15/08 $75/night. The hotel doesnt seem the greatest but I think the price balances that! BTW 2 of my bids - $110 & $120 - for 5 stars (Old Madrid) got rejected!Hope this helps!
