Too bad there are no "Name your own price" in priceline for Cairns and Adelaide. I used your PRICELINE link.

Being Australian (although not living there at the moment) I am not surprised that Adelaide does not have a hotel in the program - not much to do there unless you go to the wineries but I do know some people who love it so have fun :)
