Sorry to see you're disappointed with the results. HOTWIRE now basically averages the star ratings of the three major online booking agencies, and all three currently rate this property 3 stars, although the reviews don't look like they've improved al all :)

Just wanted to add an update. The Metropolitan was fine for me. No complaints at all for a quick one night stay.
