Priceline Hotel: Need a bidding strategy for 4* Los Angeles (Hollywood) [Roosevelt]

This forum has helped me tremendously through HOTWIRE--and yes I always use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links :)

I need a strategy to get the best price on a Hollywood hotel through Priceline for tonight, preferably Roosevelt but Renaissance is fine. I see Hotwire right now at $129 for the Roosevelt, can someone help me out?

Thanks for your using our links for your previous purchases, and we're glad to hear the information on the board has been helpful with your travel plans, but it's disappointing that this is your first post... why not share your wins with the board in order to help others, just as the posts of others were helpful with your own purchases :)

In regards to your Hollywood stay above, what is your maximum bid? Also, note that you're not bidding on just thoses two properties, while these are the only two that have been reported to the zone at this star level, there could be others, and you could be the first to report a new hotel to the board. Are you willing to accept any 4* hotel in the zone?
