rskelton Posted July 17, 2009 Report Posted July 17, 2009 Started at $130 for a 4* Theatre District / Times Square, added free rebid zones and went up $10 at a time, then added Midtown West, then CPS. Once I hit $180, I got City Club (which is not on the Better Bidding list yet). Used the BB PRICELINE link. After many great experiences with Priceline, I may have gotten a poor deal here. I could have gotten the same rate on the City Club website (after discounts). I would bet they put Priceline customers in the Petite rooms, which are very small (under 200 sq ft). It will be interesting to see what it takes for me to get into a normal-sized room.
rskelton Posted July 17, 2009 Author Report Posted July 17, 2009 It appears that this is actually Midtown West. If mods could change the location and add the $180 price to my original post, that would benefit everyone else. Thanks.

rskelton Posted July 20, 2009 Author Report Posted July 20, 2009 City Club is great - lovely boutique in an excellent location with free wireless Internet. They kindly upgraded me from the very small Petite room that you get through Priceline to a Queen room, which is on the small side but comfortable, stylish, and functional. Since I got the upgrade, I'm happy with the deal I got through PRICELINE. A petite room is very small for two people, which adds a little risk when bidding 4* in MTW.
