scottyb06 Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 I just bid $60.00 for a 4* hotel in the Loop-Grant Park Area, Priceline did not accept that bid but did say if I bid $17 more (total 77/nt) they would accept my bid. Any idea which hotel this could be???
AaronJB Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 Welcome to the site. There is no way to know which hotel will accept using PRICELINE - that's how the service can offer the discounts it does. Please use the site's PRICELINE link to start your purchase, and let us know how it goes.
thereuare Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 If you're looking for the lowest price then PRICELINE is usually a better option (and by using re-bid zones you can probably under-cut the $77 offered by PRICELINE)... if you're looking to take an educated guess as to the property you may likely receive before your purchase, then HOTWIRE can often be a better option. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide or how we can be of further help.
