Priceline Hotel: St. Louis Downtown 7/17-7/18 4* help

Can you suggest me what I can start with to get a 4* in St. Louis. I am willing to spend about $90-100 a night.

I will sure use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links from here.

I'd recommend starting at $75.

However, if $75 doesn't work for a 4* on PRICELINE, HOTWIRE has a 3.5* ( Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Laundry) in the Downtown area for $79 (likely the Crowne Plaza.)
