Jessica9379
I bid on a 2.5* hotel in Lewiston, Maine on HOTWIRE for $66 - the total price ended up being $77.It ended up being a Super 8! This Super 8 was FAR from a 2.5 star hotel AND, if I booked this room directly through the hotel ... it would have been $10 cheaper. I never did stay there - because HOTWIRE stuck me in a smoking room ("they don't guarantee non-smoking rooms") the hotel was sold out of its non-smoking rooms and I'm 6 months pregnant.
