thereuare Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 Please add another reply to your Brussels thread indicating the star rating of the Holiday Inn you received as well as confirming the zone.In regards to your NYC stay, have you been there before? Are you sure that you want to include Downtown in you initial bidding, as while it's certainly a do-able place to stay, unless you have a reason to be spending a lot of time downtown, it is somewhat less convenient than midtown for the average visitor. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know if you'd like to include Downtown or not and we'll take it from there. Melsey Posted July 14, 2009 Author Report Posted July 14, 2009 yes many times. I don't mind being in downtown as I know the subway system well and will just be using the hotel as a base.
thereuare Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 Since you mention Downtown to Midtown i'm assuming UWS is not an acceptable zone so i have not included it below. At the 4* level you have FIVE re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.Select 4* CPS, MTE, MTW, TS, ESB, DT...Bid $100, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $115, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $125If rejected post back and we'll revise to try for a 3.5* property (assuming that's the next step you'd like to take)Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and let us know how it goes.
