It's the Delta Chelsea.I question not only whether that's really a 4* property, but whether it's technically Downtown East (since it's on the west side of Yonge Street -- the dividing line).But it's a good rate, and I'll live.

At first glance, Yonge Street seems to be labeled the dividing line on the Hotwire map for DTToronto East and DTToronto West. But if you look really closely, they actually use Bay Street.
