Priceline Hotel: 4* San Francisco (San Mateo) Marriott

Just got the San Mateo 4* Mariott for $61.

I have to say I wanted to try this location for this trip - it's convenient for me (I have a rental) to reach all the location I'll have to go to (East Bay etc.) and the pictures after the renovation really look nice.

So I started with $41 just out of curiousity - as it's the only 4* in San Mateo, I went in $2 steps up to $61.

Got an increase offer at $51 (+$14) and at $57 (+$17 ... ;-) strange ...)

I've seen it booked for $53, but prices vary with days. Anyway, I still think it's a pretty neat deal compared to the $206 through direct PRICELINE booking.

Will report more once I'll be there, and hopefully a few other wins (will be traveling the westcost for two weeks)
