I am looking for a hotel in downtown Toronto on Sept 15-17. My ideally hotel is Delta Chelsea or Courtyard Marriott (located at Yonge St).

Hotel wire shows 4 stars hotel in Downtown Toronto East for $57 per night.

The 4* hotel in Downtown Toronto East for $57 is a match for the Delta Chelsea. That's looks like an awfully good rate, given that you're staying there during the Toronto International Film Festival. The 4* hotel in Downtown Toronto West (a different area) for $96 is a match for the Sheraton.
