Prices on HOTWIRE were $77 for a 3.5* and $69 for a 3* and PRICELINE were $105-189 for 3 or 3.5* on those dates.Tried $44/night for 3.5* Downtown Portland - unsuccessfulAdded 3* and was successful at $49/night (total $286.88 for the 5 night stay)It gave the option of extending at the same rate (but didn't use it).Best price on the Marriott Site - $113/night plus taxes. We're happy at $49!Thanks to the site and other posters - this information is critical to getting a great deal!
