Hotwire Hotel: Help identifying downtown Toronto hotels

I am looking at a couple of options for downtown Toronto hotels and need some help identifying.

#1- Downtown Toronto East (4 adults) 3* $102

Amenities: smokefree, fitness centre, pool, restaurants, high speed, golf nearby, tennis nearby

4.0/5 trip advisor based on 120+

#2- Downtown Toronto East (3 adults) 4* $79

Amenities: smokefree, fitness centre, pool, restaurants, high speed, business centre

3.5/5 trip advisor based on 440+

I am thinking option 2 is the Delta Chelsea just because of the number of reviews, not really sure about the 1st option

Also wondering if I'm guaranteed 2 beds if I have 3 adults staying in the room

The property for 4adults has not yet been identified, but a guess would be the 300 Ramada Plaza.

The one appearing on a 3adults search is a match for the Delta Chelsea so that would be our best guess for that one.

I ended up not booking through HOTWIRE. Actually ended up not needed a hotel.
