Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Chicago (Magnificent Mile-Streeterville) Embassy Suites Lakefront

I'd like to stay in the hotel listed at 3.5* in Chicago, which I believe from previous posts is the Embassy Suites Lakefront. One question...if I input 2 adults and 2 children, will I get a room with 2 regular beds, or do I risk getting a room with only a king bed (and the other presumably sleeping on the sofa bed)?

Thanks!

Welcome to the site.

What are the date/s of travel in question, and what are the amenities showing with the HOTWIRE listing you are seeing? You can make a request for a room w/2 beds, but there is the possibility of 1 + 1 sofabed.

Thanks for your thoughts. I notice that when I click on "2 Adults 2 Children" the option for this hotel is still available, but when I click "4 Adults" it is no longer available. Does this indicate anything regarding the type of room that I would get?

The hotel in question is 3.5*, for dates 8/27-8/31, the following amenities:

Suites

Breakfast

Fitness

Pool

Restaurant

Business Center

High-Speed Internet

No, that does not indicate what type of room you may get; hotels may sometimes only appear when searching for a certain amount of travelers and not others (for example, a hotel may show up when 2 adults searched and not 4 adults or 2 kids/2 adults).

This listing would be a likely match for the ES Lakefront.

Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE link to start your purchase.

No, this does not indicate anything regarding type of room. $109 (which is what I'm seeing this listing for) is certainly a fantastic deal for this property.
