Could this be the Sands Ocean Club Resort? It is on the hotel list as a 3*, but maybe it has been downgraded to a 2.5*. Mixed reviews on TripAdvisor.

Unfortunately the first two properties have not been reported to the board.

The Sands Ocean Club Resort has been downgraded to a 2.5* property so that would be my best guess for offer.

We decided to book directly with a hotel so that we could guarantee an ocean view room. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a way to book an ocean view room through HOTWIRE or PRICELINE. Thank you.
