This one is a match for the Hilton so that would be our best guess. Given the similar price point as the hotel appearing for the 2adults/0children search, i speculate this may be thesame hotel, with the previous search 'missing' a Laundry icon, but can't be certain, so if this property is of interest, it would be 'safer' to purchase as 2adults/2children with the 'full' amenities above.

As recommended, I finally booked 2adults/2chidlren and I got the Hilton Milan.
